BARNES AND NOBLE OPEN MIC NIGHTS


Barnes & Noble at NMSU will continue the popular Open Mic performances from 5 to 8 p.m. Fridays. To sign up to perform, contact bncafe@nmsu.edu.

Open Mic is free of charge and open to the public. Free parking is available in designated spaces. Barnes & Noble at NMSU is located at 1400 E. University Ave. For more information, call 575-646-5822.

$1 ICED TEA OR ICED COFFEE EVERY MONDAY IN MARCH

Every Monday in March, any size iced coffee or iced tea will be available for $1 at the Barnes & Noble at NMSU.

ATKINSON RECITAL HALL TO HOST PERFORMANCES

At 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, David Culbert will perform his graduate piano recital at the Atkinson Recital Hall on the NMSU campus.

At 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, Sonya Daggett will perform her graduate saxophone recital at the Atkinson Recital Hall on the NMSU campus.

At 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, George and Penny Hogan will perform a guest vocal recital at the Atkinson Recital Hall on the NMSU campus.

SPRING BREAK HOURS FOR THE UNIVERSITY ART GALLERY AT NMSU

The University Art Gallery at NMSU will have limited hours during the spring break holiday, March 24-28. The UAG will be open Tuesday through Friday, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. The last day to view the Annual Juried Student Show will be Saturday, April 5.

The University Art Gallery at NMSU is located in D.W. Williams Hall, at the intersection of University and Solano Avenues. It is normally open Tuesday through Saturday from 12-4 p.m., with evening hours from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesdays. Designated gallery parking is always available, and general parking on the NMSU campus is free on weekends and after 5 p.m. on weekdays.
