Portfolio review and panel discussion to be held on graphic design careers

Fred Cisneros and Eric Griego of the Santa Fe design firm Cisneros Design will present their work and answer questions about careers in graphic design Wednesday, April 30, in Williams Hall on the New Mexico State University campus.

s Hall is located near the intersection of Solano Drive and University Avenue.

A portfolio review session will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Williams Hall Room 180. Graphic design employers and students, community graphic designers and those interested in graphic design careers are welcome to observe the session.

The panel discussion will be held at 4 p.m. in Williams Hall Room 212. The discussion will feature Cisneros and Griego, who will focus on careers in graphic design and answer audience questions. This event is free and open to the public.

Cisneros Design specializes in full-scale graphic design, corporate identity, development and strategic planning. The firm was recognized in the 2002 Print Regional Design Annual for its SITE Santa Fe Youth Guide.

These events are sponsored by the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and New Mexico State University's Portfolio Development and Professional Practices Program.
