Experience the international cultures of NMSU at Miniworld 2002

New Mexico State University's Office for International Programs will present Miniworld 2002 Friday and Saturday, March 22 and 23, in the university's Corbett Center Ballrooms.

ld provides the local community an opportunity to experience the different cultures of New Mexico State. The international population at the university includes 700 students from 80 countries.

Visitors to the festival will be entertained by music, dancing and games. Native art, clothing, artifacts, jewelry and photos also will be on display. Native foods and beverages will be available to guests as they visit various booths.

International students participating in the festival will be dressed in their native fashions.

Las Cruces area school children have the opportunity to attend the festival from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. Saturday's exhibition from noon to 4 p.m. is free and open to the public.
