Students awarded scholarships to study in France, Germany

Two New Mexico State University students have been awarded Annette Kade Foundation scholarships to study abroad for the 2003-2004 academic year.

Joshua Sultemeier of Cimmaron will receive $2,800 to attend the Universite de Grenoble in France. Sultemeier is a senior majoring in international business and French.

Ouida Dunlap of Alamogordo will receive $3,000 to attend the Universitat Trier in Germany. Dunlap is a junior majoring in education, linguistics and German.

The students were selected by the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) on behalf of the Annette Kade Foundation. The foundation serves students who want to study abroad in Germany and France. Scholarship recipients were selected based on their academic background, desire to improve their language ability and financial need.
