Board of Regents to meet July 10 to consider presidential search process

The Board of Regents of New Mexico State University will meet in a special executive session at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 10, in the Hiram Hadley Conference Room, Room 130 of Hadley Hall on the main campus in Las Cruces, to discuss personnel matters related to the presidential search process.


cutive session will be followed immediately by an open meeting of the board in Conference Room 130 at which the board may discuss or take action related to the presidential search process. The agenda for the open meeting also includes a resolution authorizing issuance of and establishing parameters for the Regents Refunding and Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2003, and the Regents Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2004A, as required by the State Board of Finance.

The meetings follow a July 1 announcement that NMSU President Jay Gogue has been selected as the finalist for the position of chancellor and president at the University of Houston.
