New Mexico State University to hold brown bag lunch for nontraditional students

The New Mexico State University Center for Learning Assistance and Project Success will hold a brown bag lunch for nontraditional students from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, in Milton Hall Room 50.

ds and challenges of being a nontraditional student will be addressed at the lunch and the possibility of forming a nontraditional student organization will be discussed.

Dessert and drinks will be provided. Registration is required.

The Center for Learning Assistance works to enhance the academic achievement of all students and the educational environment at New Mexico State. Project Success was designed to help returning students by providing workshops on stress management, test anxiety, memory and speed reading, study skills instruction and advice about how to transition from home or work to the university environment.
