Shuguang Deng, assistant professor of chemical engineering, is investigating a new structure with the ability to adsorb hydrogen. In his project, "Microwave Synthesis of Metal-Organic Framework (MOF) for Hydrogen Storage," Deng is researching the use of MOF as a means of storing large quantities of hydrogen at room temperature.
