NMSU Women's Studies Program presents lecture on adobe construction

The New Mexico State University Woman's Studies Program and the National Science Foundation ADVANCE Program will sponsor "Building Community with Traditional Adobe Construction" at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30.


blic lecture will be held in the Isabel M. Crouch Readers Theater on the university campus behind the English building.

The featured speakers are Nancy Binnewig, licenced general contractor and commissioner for the Las Cruces Planning and Zoning Commission; Sonya Cooper, licenced engineer and associate professor of engineering technology; and Jean Fulton, historic preservationalist.
