CAPOIERA DE LAS CRUCES TO HOST "NOCHE DE CARNAVAL"


ico State University organization Capoiera de Las Cruces will host "Noche de Carnaval" from 8 to 10 p.m. Saturday, March 18, in NMSU's Corbett Center Auditorium.

Members of the organization will present various dance styles including samba, salsa, flamenco, mixed martial arts and capoeira - an Afro-Brazilian martial arts dance.

NMSU THEATER ARTS PRESENTS "HOLY GHOSTS"

The New Mexico State University Department of Theatre Arts will present "Holy Ghosts" through March 19 at the Hershel Zohn Theatre.

Set in Appalachia, Romulus Linney's "Holy Ghosts" is an intense and funny play where characters test their faith to the utmost limits.

MUSIC CENTER TO HOST EVENTS

The New Mexico State University Music Center Recital Hall will host a keyboard series concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 19. For ticket information call (505) 646-1420.

The Mesilla Valley Concert Band will give a free performance in the recital hall at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 26.
