Final master plan meetings scheduled

A final series of meetings between New Mexico State University officials and consultants for the university's master plan will take place June 13 through 16. This is the last set of meetings before the plan is presented to the NMSU Board of Regents in July.

Consultants for the plan will meet with parking and transportation officials from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 14. They also will meet with the Advisory Council for Administrative Policy, Administrative Council, Faculty Senate, Campus Planning Committee, Associated Students of New Mexico State University and interested faculty, staff, students and the general public from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 15, and from 8:15 to 9:45 a.m. Friday, June 16. These sessions will be held in the TV lounge area across from the information desk on the second floor of Corbett Center.

One evening session is scheduled for 7 to 8:30 p.m., Thursday, June 15, in the Corbett Center TV lounge area. Faculty, staff, students and the general public are invited.

In addition to these meetings, the consultants will tour the Animal and Range Science area and visit with various top university administrators, utilities officials and the Native American Cultural Center steering committee.
