Student remembrance scheduled for May 4

The Division of Student Services at New Mexico State University will hold a campuswide service at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, in memory of students whose lives were lost during the 2004-05 academic year while the students were enrolled at the main campus.


nt will be held in the Corbett Center Patio, located at the east end of the building on Level 1. Included among those presiding over the program will be Austen Fulmer, president of the Associated Students of NMSU; Sherry Kamali, student member of the NMSU Board of Regents; and Rabbi Gerald Kane, president of the InterFaith Council.

The ceremony is expected to become an annual event in remembrance of students who have died during the past academic year.
