NMSU THEATER PRESENTS 'DO├?A ROSITA'S JALAPE├?O KITCHEN'


The American Southwest Theatre Company at New Mexico State University Theatre Arts will present "Do˝a Rosita's Jalape˝o Kitchen" Jan. 30- Feb. 1 at the Hershel Zohn Theatre.

In the performance, Do˝a Rosita contemplates selling her restaurant and home of 23 years to a big-time real estate developer, in order to make way for a brand new tourist shopping mall. Filled with "flavorful" character, the production stars Ruby Nelda Perez.

NMSU BOOKSTORE TO HOST TECHNOLOGY PRESENTATION

The NMSU Bookstore Aggie Technology Connection and Apple will hold a one-hour "Talk Tech" technology presentation where attendees will learn about iLife 09 and iWork 09 and review what happened at MacWorld.

The presentation will be on Thursday, Jan. 22, from 12-1 p.m. at the Main Campus Bookstore inside the Corbett Center Student Union.

NMSU BOOKSTORE OFFERS EXTENDED BUYBACK

The bookstore will conduct another book buyback for students to sell back their used textbooks through Jan. 24 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. They will be closed Sunday.

The bookstore buyback window is located on the second floor of the Corbett Center Student Union on Jordan Street.
