NMSU CHILDREN'S THEATRE PRESENTS "PUSS N. BOOTS"


The Summer Children's Theatre Workshop at New Mexico State University will present "Puss N. Boots" in the Hershel Zohn Theatre at 6 p.m. Friday, June 29.

Directed by Ruth Cantrell, NMSU theatre department head, "Puss N. Boots" is a classic fairy tale that tells the story of a sly cat that uses his wit to help gain its master success.

The performance is free and open to the public.

NMSU MUSEUM DISPLAYS CHIRICAHUA APACHE PHOTOS

Photographs detailing the history of the Chiricahua Apache from 1872 to the present will be housed in the New Mexico State University Museum lobby through Aug. 28.

The historical photographs feature Cochise and Naiche family descendants.

The museum is free and open to the public. Hours of operation are noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

NMSU MUSEUM PRESENTS TWO AFRICAN EXHIBITS

Two exhibits that celebrate the diversity of African lives - the result of ancient traditions blending with the modern world - are on display in the New Mexico State University Museum galleries through June 23.

The exhibits are "The Pasternack Collection of African Art" and "Africa: From Eritrea with Love, the Paintings of Betty LaDuke."
