ASTC AT NMSU TO PRESENT SARAH RUHL'S "THE CLEAN HOUSE"


The American Southwest Theatre Company at New Mexico State University will present Sarah Ruhl's "The Clean House" on Oct. 3, 4, 8 and 9 at the Hershel Zohn Theatre.

In the American comedy, character Mathilde is on a mission to find the perfect joke, even if it kills her.

UNIVERSITY MUSEUM TO HOST SATURDAY FAMILY WORKSHOP

The New Mexico State University museum will holds it Saturday Family Workshop from 2-3:30 p.m. on Oct. 3.
This week's activity is making Navajo animal name bookmarks. The activity is designed for all ages and is free to the public.

UNIVERSITY MUSEUM CONTINUES ANTHROPOLOGICAL FILM SERIES

The New Mexico State University museum will continue their anthropological film series with a showing of "Woven Ways" at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 6.

Winner of 14 awards, including best documentary of 2008 at the Rainier Independent Film Festival, the movie shares stories of the Navajo people and the negative effects that uranium and coal mining have on the health, culture and well-being of all who live on the Navajo Reservation.
