NMSU Board of Regents special meeting to be held, executive session canceled

The Board of Regents of New Mexico State University will hold a special meeting at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, in the Regents Room of the Educational Services Center on the Las Cruces campus. Possible action relating to candidates for the position of University President will be discussed.

A closed executive session that was to be held immediately following the meeting to discuss personnel, real estate and legal matters in accordance with sections 10-15-1 H (2), (8), and (7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act has been canceled.

Copies of the agenda for the special meeting will be available at NMSU, Zuhl Library, Las Cruces, 24 hours prior to the meeting. The agenda will be posted on the university Web site at http://www.nmsu.edu/Administration/regents_meeting.html.
