UNIVERSITY MUSEUM AT NMSU TO HOST FAMILY WORKSHOP


The University Museum at New Mexico State University will host educational Saturday Family Workshops from 10-11:30 a.m. and 2-3:30 p.m. on Feb. 20.

The project for both workshops will be "Katsina Dolls." All ages are welcome. Workshops are free to the public and materials are provided.

Reservations are not required unless you are attending with a large group. The University Museum is inside Kent Hall on University Avenue at Solano Drive.

ZUM SET TO PERFORM AT NMSU

Folk music band ZUM will perform at 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25 at the New Mexico State University Atkinson Recital Hall.

ZUM's sound is a fusion inspired by Argentinean tango and the fire and brilliance of gypsy fiddle music, lightly spiced with a host of influences from klezmer to bebop. ZUM have delved deep in to their own roots to create a passionate fusion of folk music traditions from around the world.

ASTC AT NMSU PRESENTS 'THE EURYDICE PROJECT

The American Southwest Theatre Company at New Mexico State University presents "The Eurydice Project' at 8 p.m. Feb. 20, 21, 25 and 26 at the Hershel Zohn Theatre.

Orpheus must travel to the Underworld to save his bride, Eurydice. Can he save her soul and reunite with his love or is he doomed to lose her forever?
