New Mexico State University events April 24-30

UNIVERSITY MUSEUM AT NMSU TO HOST FAMILY WORKSHOP


The University Museum will host educational Saturday Family Workshops from 10-11:30 a.m. and 2-3:30 p.m. on April 24.

This week's project will be "Hopi Egg Carton Animals." All ages are welcome. Workshops are free to the public and materials are provided. Reservations are not required unless you are attending with a large group.

DANNY GARCIA RETURNS TO THE PLAYER'S GRILL

Master of the saxophone, flute and clarinet, Danny Garcia returns for an evening of live jazz from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, April 30, at The Player's Grill.

Admission is $5 with a valid NMSU ID and $10 for general admission. You may also enjoy your choice of steak or fish, along with a vegetable and dessert, for $12.

The Player's Grill is located inside the NMSU Golf Course Clubhouse at 3000 Herb Wimberly Drive and is open to the public.
