Haunting exhibit opens Oct. 27

Taking a historical look at things that go bump in the night, the New Mexico State University Museum will showcase "Ghosts: An Exhibit of the Paranormal" Oct. 27 through Nov. 10 in Kent Hall's West Gallery Auditorium.

Created exclusively by NMSU Museum student employees and volunteers, the exhibit is an overview of the history of ghosts in society. The exhibit also explores local haunts, such as the ghost stories surrounding the Double Eagle and La Posta restaurants in Mesilla, N.M.

The Museum will hold an opening reception from 5-7 p.m. Oct. 27 in the Kent Hall Lobby. The public is invited to attend.
