Sen. Martin Heinrich will visit New Mexico State University Wednesday, May 1. During the visit, he will tour the Physical Science Laboratory and the algal biofuels test bed facility, located at the Fabian Garcia Science Center.

Members of the media are invited to the portion of the visit at the Fabian Garcia Science Center, scheduled to begin shortly after 4:30 p.m. Researchers will be available at the facility to answer questions prior to the senator's arrival.

To get to Fabian Garcia, take University Avenue heading west, crossing under Interstate 10. Take the second left turn (not the first turn into the visitor lot with arbor), passing through a chain link fence. The algal biofuels test bed area is next to a wooden shed with a green roof.
